the terrible rain is terrific

What’s wrong for having a terrible rain?
To just sit and stare and not complain
So can the people have some rest
Hiding or sink in a thick blanket,
Or put cold the hands in a vest
And close the eyes in a warmer nest
Cause outside is all wet.
What’s wrong for having a little rare sleep?
In busy working day our mind has drown deep
Just swerve the rules, be warm and stay
And say “the rain” as a little lies
That saved you from boring busy day
“The rain is terrible and cold as ice”
Is all that you need to say.
To have rare rest and slight stay
(a reflection)
